Follow up and coordinate with concerned Sections departments to ensure completing the various tasks as per the approved plans.
Follow up the section action plans to ensure achieving set targets. Reports should be submitted to the section manager about any delay with the delay reasons.
Follow up staff recruitment as per the instructions of the section manager, and provide the logistic support for new staff.
Maintain section`s employees records for their Leaves requests, training needs, job descriptions, annual appraisals and other employee’s issues.
Arrange the section manager meetings with various parties and ensure providing all requirements to ensure successful meetings.
Prepare and Maintain minutes of meetings file and follow up the assigned tasks as per the section manager instructions.
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules assigned by section manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare a monthly report for the section about the action plan of the section and achievements.
Organize section events as per section manager instructions and in coordination with concerned departments.
Perform administrative daily work such document and register the section`s incoming and outgoing correspondences considering RTA applicable procedures, and RTA systems
Organize section manager daily mail received from different departments.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.Skills
Basic Computer-literate performer.
Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking, Arabic will be an advantage.
