1. Collections Executive -
The purpose of this position is to monitor the collections lifecycle for key high-value customer accounts. This role includes making outbound calls and conducting customer visits, Ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts whilst maintaining highest levels of customer service.
2. Customer Verification Executive -
The purpose of this position is to identify gaps in the application verification process. This identification will lead to determining fraudulent applications and taking corrective actions by investigating and implementing mitigation processes and procedures.

The purpose of this position is to build a strong relationship with enterprise clients to achieve best in class customer services. To act as the point of contact for all the customer's operation and delivery issues until a satisfactory. To be a vocal contact of customer needs from commercial, technology and operation perspective. Maximize customer service value and ensure the highest quality of service delivery by completing service audits; identifying customer service trends and conduct regular service delivery surveys.
