As Head of Sales for GCC markets you will be responsible for coaching and leading a large, diverse team of Key Account Mangers, E-store Managers & Part leaders.
It is expected that you will be well experienced, self-motivated and able to translate organisational objectives and strategy into successful actionable plans and sales resultsAs part of your role you will be expected to:
- Maximise revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market.
- Build a foundation for continued revenue and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and linking them to sales.
- Understand individual country dynamics to implement internal planning / GTM and product line ups appropriate for the consumers of each country / channel
- Lead, motivate and coach a large, diverse sales team work as a unified team towards the company objective
- Engage Director & C-Level leaders on a regular basisRôle et Responsabilités
Define and set optimal sales target to drive business growth and encourage employee morale.
Lead the optimal sales strategy meet sales targets using market, product and competitor data analysis.
Lead in the identification of new sales opportunities and building of the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit.
Direct the sales organisation and workforce to bring about the optimal synergy effectively
Plan, budget & negotiate yearly distribution contract with distributors & direct channel partners
Create formal networks with key decision-makers and serve as an external spokesperson for the organization
Initiate the required development, coaching and evaluation of team members within the function
Understand shifting market dynamics to assess potential changes in each channel and drive the business effectively
Short and long term product forecasting
Leverage potential channel opportunities to develop tailor made plans to support them
Identify and control potential issues which may impact the success
Create and addresses future concepts, products or technologies to support growing and sustaining the business
Regular interaction with executives and major customers. Interactions may frequently involve strong influence and negotiation skills
Generate synergy through collaboration within the organization and achieve outstanding performance with a drive for execution.Key Objectives:

15+ years of related experience
In-depth channel knowledge (OR = Modern Trade / IR = Traditional Trade & Online) in distributor management and direct sales
Budget planning and control experience
Turnover simulation experience
Experience managing a large sales team
Strong and effective business/analysis skills
