Customer Service Representative
Summary of Function
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and handle/resolve customer's complaints. Accepts, negotiate, communicate and process contract requirements based on client needs and policy of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for approaching clients.
New contracts and renewal follow-up.
Collecting documents related to contracts from clients.
Follow up inquiries from clients.
Coordination with other departments.
Provide reports related to clients.
For contracts and payments received from client
Closing assigned cases in the system
Verify payments received from clients
Verify contract released to clients
Verify contracts received from clients
Qualification & Requirement
Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Excellent customer service is a must.
Pleasing personality and good communication skills.
Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent.
1 – 2 year experience in customer service field
