Real Estate Coordinator
Real estate company is now hiring real estate coordinator, the ideal candidate should have the following job requirements:
minimum of one year of administrative or related experience.
Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail. Must possess strong organization skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Uploads all company documents into records management system; maintains accurate records/ files.
Validates property data is complete and accurate in Real Estate Management system and other databases.
Ability to identify problems, review information to develop and evaluate options is essential.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes are necessary.
This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with cross functional teams.
The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.
Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential.
In addition, troubleshooting organizational and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
