We are currently looking for Office Admin, Receptionist and Customer Service Representative for our multinational Marketing and Sales company located in Dubai-
Answering incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Making calls to different clients.
Can work as a team player.
strong written and verbal communication
Presentable, Fluent at English
Maintaining office inventory.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
Office Administration, Assistance
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
Customer Service and Sales skills are must.
