Our company is looking for below position:
ROLE: Procurement Coordinator
Start Date: Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
• Prepare Purchase orders, Price quotes and relevant transactions based from the needs of various departments within the company and get the quotes from the suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order discrepancies, shipment shortages, and transaction errors.
• Maintained equipment logs and supported specialty item orders.
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
• Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
• Evaluate potential supplier partners and negotiate with them for supplier agreements and vendor contracts.
➢ Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration & Any business related courses.
➢ Minimum of 3-5 Years of relevant UAE experience in procurement/ purchase.
➢ Excellent Negotiating skills.
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
➢ Proficient with MS applications including Word, Excel & Outlook; Computer literate.
➢ Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.
➢ Can prioritize workloads, delivering on time.
➢ Strong attention to detail.
Work Location: Sharjah, UAE
