– Answering all phone calls and providing required information
regarding our offerings.
– Updating our database and following up with respective
clients in order to assist with their questions.
– prepare invoices and quotations.
– Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
– Responsibility for specific tasks or projects.
– Excellent command of spoken and written English.
– Must be very proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and
– Excellent telephone etiquette and follow up skills.
– Knowledge in basic book keeping.
– Dynamic and highly motivated.
– Team working ability.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Multi tasking ability.
