A growing chartered accountant firm is looking for a dynamic personal/administrative assistant who is willing to go beyond every task.
Personal /Admin Assistant
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited the following:
Maintains partner’s appointment schedule, travel arrangements, and accommodation
Managing the day-to-day operations (e.g. answering calls, assisting clients, etc.)
Produces information and prepares various reports by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, and retrieving data.
Acting as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
Controls and maintain records of audit documents and forms submitted for partner’s review.
Takes part in monitoring standard operating procedure on audit process
Organizes internal staff meetings and prepares minutes of meeting
Researches on prospective/ existing clients, potential ventures, and other relevant studies for further improvement of the firm
Managing office needs (e.g. IT concerns, maintenance, office supplies, etc.)
Organizes company events.
Qualifications and Skills

+ Written/ Verbal Communication
